12.00 - 12.30 p.m. | Aqua fitness & relaxatioin Fit in the water- joints are relieved and loosened with specific exercises and the muscles strengthened. At the end the body is left floating and relaxing using an "Aqua noodle". Meeting point: Swimming pool
